Outstanding blue cheese burger and truffle burger. Also the the onion rings were amazing! My friend said that the blue cheese burger was the best she has ever had! Also the staff was lovely in accommodating my dairy intolerance! Thank you

The foods and service are AMAZING!!! I always get spicy jam, and if you like spicy food it's a must try and of course their tiramisu is so good. I tried the hotdog this time and it was very good too. Overall, the best spot in Oceanside in my opinion! Definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing burgers! The food came out fresh and hot, and the cheese was melted and delightful. They add two patties per burger as a standard. Everything was flavored really well.

Took our pup to the border for eye surgery and found this place on yelp. It was kismet, our dog is also called Cosmo and with 4.5 stars it was a no brainer. Quick detour off the freeway and parking karma was with us - front row street parking. Now for the good stuff - I like a little heat and ordered the spicy jam burger, spicy pickled jalapenos with a sweet aoli to soothe the burn. Double smash patties and a little crunch to the toasted bun to finish it off - and yes, I finished. hubs and I split an order of fries - definitely a split as it's a large order, and I didn't even have to ask for ranch. Score! The fries were crunchy and the burger juicy. Staff were friendly and gave great suggestions - we think alike. Spicy. Hubby took the boring route and ordered the basic - he said it was yum and washed it down with a cold beer. Didn't notice if they had dessert, but if you have room - we didn't - handles ice cream is at the end of the block. Space was clean and the burgers came on plates., small vase of flowers on each table and nostalgic pics on the wall. Keep in mind, this is a burger joint, and as such deserves 5 stars.

So G O O O D!!!! I am a burger and meat lover and this place is fire! Owner was there, he was friendly and delivered our food. Location was clean and good seating inside and outside. I didn't get any pictures but, next time I will. We had Cosmo Burger (I personally had the Cosmo soooo good) Better Mac Burger, Honey Chicken Sandwitches, Truffle Fries, Monkey Fried (finger licking good) and Cauliflower bites (oily but still so good). Five of us ate and drake for less then $100. Really good night, good food and entertaining view. We really liked the high top window sitting and being able to sit outside too all together.

Service here is always outstanding. Even if you don't order a soda they offer you a water cup, which is top notch business. I purchased the Cosmo burger and the spicy tenders and they were outstanding. I noticed that my tenders were not spicy, so I went back inside and let them know. They immediately took the tenders back and fired up some new ones and even offered me some free fries for the mishap. Over and above service which inspired me to rewrite a 5 star review. I do have to say that the new tenders they brought me also were not spicy at all. It looks like their definition of 'spicy' tenders means that they put chili pepper flakes into the batter itself, hence the "spicy," but they must use some pretty weak flakes because there wasn't even a trace of kick to the tenders. When I initially ordered them I assumed they would be tenders with buffalo sauce on them. So just be aware of this. The quality of the burger and the tenders were off charts.

There are quite a few smash burger joints around and Cosmos is definitely one of the best! Cool vibe, good food and great prices! The burgers are always cooked just right! They are nice and juicy! Top it off with fries and a lemonade and you've got an awesome meal!

It was very hard to find a parking lot. And caution, cosmos burger is right in front of a bus stop. The entire front of the restaurant has a red kerb, so fair warning!!! Lol There isn't a lot of seating available. That said, they do try to make as much of seating possible. There are three tables outside along the walkway, and they even make use of the periphery of the restaurants to create seating that looks out to the walkway. We ordered a beer - cosmos lager and a lavender lemonade. The cosmos lager was ok - a little bland. The lavender lemonade was good, a little too sweet for me even though I requested less syrup. Nice light taste of lavender. We ordered a basic burger, the hot chicken sandwich, and regular fries. It took a while to come out, but it was delivered to us piping hot! The basic burger was delicious! Double patty smash burger with caramelised edges, and the bun was nice and soft. My hot chicks sandwich was delicious! The two tenders were crisp, hot, and delicious. Every bite was delicious. And the burger is so huge I couldn't finish it. The fries were wonderful, delicious, and crispy. It's one of the best fries we've had. We will definitely be coming back. Just FYI, if you sit along the periphery of the restaurant and look out into the street, you may end up getting blocked by those tables on the walkway. If you want privacy, pick somewhere else to sit.

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. It's a small burger joint on the coast highway. Wife had the hot chick's sandwich with looked fabulous and she loved it. I had the basic burger. This was a double smash burger so it had that wonderful caramelized flavor with cheese. The bun was soft and delicious. One of the best burgers I've had. We also had an order of fries. Ooooo the fries. Absolutely perfect. Crispy outside fluffy inside. Perfect.
